Pratheesh (PhD, Oxford) of the Department of Pharmacy, University of Jaffna, who served as the resource person for the programme. The lecture focused on developing practical interview skills, professional communication, confidence-building techniques, and strategies for facing competitive job interviews successfully.<\/h2><h2>Students attended the programme with their respective English lecture groups, accompanied by group lecturers. The event was organized as part of the Faculty\u2019s ongoing efforts to enhance students\u2019 employability skills and career readiness through collaborative academic and professional development initiatives.<\/h2><h2>The programme was coordinated by the Career Guidance Counsellors of the Faculty of Arts together with the Department of English Language
